But just because one has a right to do something, that doesn't necessarily make it "right" to do. Free speech gives people the "right" to yell "fire" in a movie theatre. Obviously, if there is no fire it's not "right" to do that (and chances are you'll be in a good amount of trouble for exercising your "right"). Fluke has basically trademarked the colour yellow on test equipment. While it is their "right" to enforce their trademark, that doesn't make the action of enforcing it "right".
