Right.  I should have been clearer that when I said "we", I meant "we" - us=
 individuals ordering stuff shipped direct from China via eBay.   And when =
I said 'retailers' I meant like the myriad discount consumer electronics/ce=
llphone places like "CellPhoneShop" or "Meritline" or any number of of stor=
efronts that use amazon or eBay as their "internet presence".  I actually h=
ave a fair amount of trust in the more technical vendors like Sparkfun and =
Adafruit to have "picked and chosen" providers and products that probably a=
ctually do what they say they're supposed to do.
