The next step might be a post on Fluke's Facebook page along the lines of
the one that I posted & copied to this thread.
If enough people advise what they think about bully-boy tactics on Fluke's
part, even when Fluke are (notionally anyway) within their rights to act as
they have done, then it may actually do some good.  [Actually: by
definition, if enough people comment then it WILL do some good, as that is
what "enough" means in this context :-) ].
