Such raids don't always have anything to do with the wording of the law. Swat teams raided and shut down both Gibson guitar factories. They confiscated rosewood and guitar necks. It cost Gibson millions. No charges were ever pressed. Competitors using the same wood had no action taken. Gibson supports conservative political candidates.
