I had a major problem with RS when I applied there. There was a stipulation
in their employment agreement that anything I wrote (software) or designed
(hardware) they owned (plus any intellectual property).  I looked at that
adn told the manager that there was no way I would sign that. He stated
he couldn't remove it either. So I didn't get a job there. Instead I worked
the midnight shift as Mall security. An illustrious career as a member of
Burns Bozo Brigade ! ;-) I did a lot of walking and all of my homework
from Midnight to 7 AM.
