This seems to be a general trend towards reducing the column-inch of content to make space for more advertising. What bothers me far more are the number of construction projects that have even eliminated circuit descriptions making the magazine useless as delivered in addition to useless down the road if you want to build one of the projects as-is. While it is rare that I would want to build one of these circuits as presented, I have generally found these articles *far* more useful for their circuit descriptions. It is largely from these circuit descriptions (in a time when detailed circuit descriptions were published) that I learned how to design circuits myself, and very often borrowed sub-blocks for my particular use. -p. --=20 http://www.piclist.com/techref/piclist PIC/SX FAQ & list archive View/change your membership options at http://mailman.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo/piclist .
