You can probably adapt a small 'pillow' 220mAh LiPo instead of the original CR2032, that's about the right capacity. Beware of 'Cheap Chinese' LED lamp= s and the like which rely on the battery's internal resistance to limit current. The LiPo will probably blow up in that mode.
