They have a variety of CPLDs=20 which are likely what you'll want to use. They are nonvolatile=20 programmable logic devices. If you used 7 logic chips then you can=20 probably use the smallest device that has the requisite number of i/o pins. There are other manufacturers to look at: Altera and Xilinx. Personally I really like the Quartus software that Altera supplies.
