I'm not talking about phones or tablets. =A0Those are small and have a temp=
erature sensor and will quit charging if things start heating up. =A0There =
are tons of iffy 18650 battery packs floating around out there that have a =
single temperature sensor somewhere inside a big pack of 18 or more cells. =
=A0What if one of the cells on the outside far away from the sensor starts =
overheating? =A0Then there are loose single cells and dumb chargers with no=
 temperature sensor at all. =A0Not in my house. 		 	   		 =20
