Clause 11 says that you grant them permission to store the stuff they need =

store on their servers to make the application work.

Actually, Clause 7 "End User Conduct" (sic) bothers me far more..

"Digi-Key may monitor and track your use of the Application for the purpose=

of monitoring your compliance with this Agreement, for monitoring how=20
the Application
is used so that Digi-Key can modify or improve the Application, to=20
gather information
for use by Digi-Key in marketing and market research, to provide=20
information to
manufacturers of components on how their products are being used in=20
designs, to
register designs pursuant to manufacturer programs, and for any other=20
lawful purpose."

They specifically lay out a mechanism where your diagram can find its=20
way to your
competitor via the part manufacturer's sales department. There is a=20
clear conflict of
interest between you wanting privacy on your clever design and their=20
desire to sell
as many parts as possible. Could be a heavy price for the use of a=20
"free" application.
