I was mostly reading to look for people with other=20 used commercial system suggestions... one guy posted about getting a=20 Juki 575, but there weren't really any updates on it working. It's an impressively long in depth discussion on more of a=20 hobbyist-class machine. Every time I see stuff like that it makes me=20 want to build my own. :) Unfortunately, I've got enough projects as=20 it is. He did mention that after getting training on his Juki from the previous=20 owner he is certain a used commercial machine is the way to go. I'm=20 pretty sure that's true for me, too. I'm trying to save costs on my low volume high mix products... one big=20 problem is that I have a couple boards with pretty high component type=20 counts. (one is about 60, and after taking into account the wider parts=20 it takes a whole lot of slots) I've considered 3D printing custom trays=20 containing multiple parts (probably would need some anti-static=20 coating)... but the easiest path seems to be a used big system with a=20 whole lot of feeders. I've got space for it... power, air... even anti-static flooring. I=20 just need to figure out which one to buy.
