I use Altium (formerly Protel). It has most of the functions and=20
features I want,
and all that I need. It's not cheap. I've also used Orcad=20
extensively, but never
went over to the new PCB layout software.

Allegedly Altium will introduce a product or product variant to compete
with Eagle very shortly. It may or may not be a decent option for the
free/cheap hobby/maker market sector- we'll have to see (something mumbled
about the triumph of hope over experience belongs here).

BTW, creating Gerbers for a single BGA solder stencil is a pretty=20
tiny job, you
might want to just get someone to do it for you. Learning a=20
full-fledged EDA suite
is not a trivial undertaking if you want to do it properly.
