It may or may not be a decent option for the free/cheap hobby/maker market sector- we'll have to see (something mumbled about the triumph of hope over experience belongs here). BTW, creating Gerbers for a single BGA solder stencil is a pretty=20 tiny job, you might want to just get someone to do it for you.
