They're probably OK(-ish)

I have some similar batteries that are used occassionally, and otherwise
are connected to a small solar panel to keep them topped up. Generally
they are between 11.6V and 13.2V, although I don't like them to go
below 12.0V. Under 11.9V is "reserve" power and around the limit for
best life-time, under 10.8V is flat and must be attended to promptly

This gives a guide to the battery capacity although you would want to
do a physical test to see if they actually do deliver what is needed
