As those MOSFETS are rated at 30V 140A and 40V 130A, with Rdson < 10 mOhm and Vgsthg ~=3D 1V at 250 uA in each case, I'd expect they'd be OK [tm] at 'most likely loads'. Turn on / off times should be well under 1 uS with PIC pin drive (~=3D 400 and 700 NC gate charge). Good for several amps + thermally on PCB copper alone. Extremely nice devices . Not exactly jellybean pricing (probably 2 to 3 $ in 1's) but entirely acceptable for their spec.
