Sorry, but that proves nothing.

There's no requirement for the tail of an e-mail address to exist also
as a web site.  While it often happens, it isn't mandatory.  They are
different name spaces.

dlep14.itg.ti.com does resolve in the MX name space of the domain name
resolver system, so an e-mail to that address is likely to be
delivered to a real server.

Another way to assess legitimacy is to read the mail headers to see
what servers it passed through.

Still, if the mail contains tracking infra and you haven't agreed to
being tracked, you could ask them not to do that.
