Can anyone suggest, if one exists, a program that will allow you to draw
a picture with different color lines, with the mouse, and some text. =20
Then be able to
Email it to some one. It would have to be something that would not need
a special program to read it.

It would kind of be like sitting at the restraunt and drawing on a placemat=
..
How many inventions started that way?

I would like something that will not tak hours to learn how to use and not
cost much money.
