IMO it is never acceptable to use chassis as a current carrier in a=20
vehicle. Shield would be a different story.
There are a lot of experts on vehicle electrical systems on the evtech=20
mailing list if you'd like a better explanation or discussion as to why=20
(they may disagree with me as well.)
