I understand your point, but I like to argue! In my childhood (1940's) Radios with metal cases and hot chassis were=20 the norm. Everyone knew that if it was a biter, you turn the plug over=20 to tame it. When you make the decision to get involved with equipment=20 that is exposed you have to provide your own safety.
