I'm in Eastern Europe too, but looks like different place, as here you
will get about the same kind of crap, no difference if paid 2eur or
20eur for it. So usually I just buy several really cheap chargers from
china, then crack one open. Sometimes a whole batch goes to trash
after that. Even if next batch looks the same and comes from the same
seller, it can be completely different inside.
Recently my car phone charger died, bought as original HTC one, and I
disassebled it. Guess what, it contained 10 820ohm resistors, that
were not connected to anything at all.
