Yes, one must maintain a quality bar somewhere, and these things have kille=

a few people already, especially when used in wet location connected to the
phone and phone in use.

But they are okay in general and the bad apples are weeded out as time goes
by. I am in Eastern Europe and we get the 2EUR kind universal charger in a
blister kind which is a suicide device for people and equipment, but nobody
*makes* anyone buy those from the dollar shop. The $5-7 level is already
okay and passes most required electrical tests.
