At which point the frequency tends to or jump to zero (or infinity). I
suppose the PWM process is still running at a given frequency but the
output waveform becomes DC when the duty cycle becomes 0% or 100%.

f =3D 1/p, p is tending to a really big number so f must be tending to zero
