I've not used the 46K22, but I do use a lot of the same family:-

We are currently using the PIC18F26K22 in a little under 1m qty per year,
and we haven't seen any issues.
also a new product about to launch has the PIC18F67K22 - same family, again
no issues so far.

Hi Folks,

Have been a long time for me since I last did a design with 8-bit uC.

Just a quick question, anyone have experience with PIC18F46K22 uC?  I'm
picking up a uC for new project, and I think it will be nice to hear from
anyone of experience with this uC.  The more familiar family that I have
used in past was PIC18F4620.  The main reason why I'm "adventurous" enough
to pick a new one is I need 2 MSSP modules in my design.  I would love to
hear if threre any errata issue etc with this chip.  Oh I have read the
errata sheet, but it hard to believe that this chip suffers so less issue.
And the last update is July 2012, which make me wondering :)
