For extra, extra points, the "mail Delivered" incoming call could have a distinctive ringtone. (I used a similar system to open my garage door remotely - along with a dedicated receive phone which would only ring when it recognised the originating number. Not working now when CDMA was discontinued and I needed to replace the phone).
