Oh I googled the hell out of it before asking.  I have and LED flashing wit=
h a POT to control the frequency.  I also added a photo resistor to control=
 the speed. (It wasn't perfect because - for want of a better term - "ampli=
fy" the resistance to make it more "sensitive").

I also want to use it as a PWM to play with motors before actually programm=
ing it into the Pi.  That I think I can do without any help. :-)
