Prob even better is an approach I did during training called a PAR =20 (Precision Approach Radar) landing. Not a normal requirement for =20 training, as only relatively few airports have that capability. =20 Continuous verbal instructions from ATC until actual touchdown under =20 the usual IFR training hood and at night, and you can imagine how =20 nervous I was.
