My favourite is Mouser (used to ship from a warehouse in Munchen, now=20
they even seem to have a presence in my country - the Netherlands), with=20
Reichelt (German) as second.

Mouser is very fast (I often have my package the second day after the=20
order, and no shipping costs). Reichelt is slower, and charges for=20
shipping, but is cheaper on some products.

(I have a webshop too, but I am in a very different league!)
