I've also seen stories of melted vinyl siding on 3-deckers[1] that are=20
next door to others that installed the newer thermal windows (I forget=20
the term for the glass).

[1] 3-decker might be a local term in Worcester MA area.  They're 3=20
story apartment buildings on a quarter acre of land and they're really=20
close together.
