less active there than I was].

I recommend the Stack Exchange electronics site
http://electronics.stackexchange.com/questions as a resource to subscribe
to along with PICList. It is absolutely not a replacement for forums such
as PICList as it is far more restrictive in material that may be posted and
style of answers that may be given. But there are some very capable people
there and it's a useful community to add to ones list of resources.
