Trying to be instructive, here. The "Subject" should include a very=20 brief description of the message, similar to what I have done. The=20 "[PIC]" should limit the audience to those intrested in PIC's. The=20 Subject helps narrow those who have intersest in a narrower area. :)=20 Might even include the term "TBLRD" or something more definitive.
