And as M. Adam wrote, they do not like to be floated. You should=20 charge until you hit the peak voltage (peak set by Vmax - Temp * coeff.)=20 and then quit charging until the voltage drops below a threshold. I can't quote numbers because it was a couple years ago that I worked on=20 this project.
