This family looks close:

Vinmax is 5.5V which is lower than what you want but they otherwise seem
close to what you want.
Available at Digikey.

"Charming" DRC/DSC (DFN) package :-). Breathing hazard, almost.

Down to 0.5V Vin start at full load and 0.3V Vin run.
