I will look into the "C" parts... and will look at past posts for some=20
particular part #s.

I am looking at borehole applications and know that some of the big=20
companies have "favorite" parts... but keep them secret. Of course, we=20
are always looking for a low-cost part that will do the job of high-part=20
proven part.

And since I am looking at downhole applications, the cooling/solution=20
can't be temporary.

Lastly, I know of some $5 parts that operate to 180C, but some=20
peripherals fail -- CAN, for example.
