I believe that the 64 pin is the smallest package with the RTCC and VBAT
in the PIC18- a little bit of checking makes me think that the smallest
PIC24 with VBAT is 64 pin as well.

The downloadable maps tool (www.microchip.com/MAPS) does have a checkbox
for RTCC, but none for VBAT. Unfortunately, the current version isn't
indicating any PIC24s with an RTCC (it does show the PIC32s and PIC18s
with the RTCC).
