Easily enough done, but +/- 12V far more common. Without going over all the ICs I can't be sure but it is likely that either +/- 12V or +/- 9V would do. Check all devices that use 10V supply to see if 9V or 12V OK. But if you can find 2 x 10V wall warts / plug packs they would do the job. Or about 13V or slightly more plus an LM317 and a few resistors, for each supply. What country are you in Lindy?
