In the product pdf it says 2 x 0 - 30V and 0 - 3A

If you want something very basic and simple, two LM317 are
enough. One sets the voltage followed by another to limit the
current. eg pot to vary V and rotary-switch for I, perhaps in a
1, 2, 5 sequence by choice of feedback R, monitored and
displayed by a PIC
