One thing I've not figured out yet.  Some boards are programmed using a pro=
cedural language, and some are "programmed" using an HDL.  So I assumed tha=
t the one using a procedural language already has the "computer" built in. =
 I am assuming wrong.

Still, when I get over this learning curve, then these things will be obvio=
us.
