Nice, but in general, you're going to get there by way of absolutely
atrocious PSRR. One of those TANSTAAFL type things. I'm most familiar with
Microchip parts, I'm pretty sure nobody has truly revolutionary silicon
processes (at least at all about the same prices)- the MCP1710 can do a
20nA quiescent current ($0.41USD at 5K)
