Family of 5 LDO regulators from TI with approximately awesome specs. eg Iq of under 1 uA typical for 150 mA Iout at fixed 3V3 with 130 mV typical dropout at 150 mA and proportionately less at lower currents. Stable with 1 uF ceramics at Vin and Vout. Enough variability between offerinds that no simple summary sufficeth. Unlike other LDOs, the below devices draw minimal current when in a no- or low-load state, thereby increasing overall design efficiency.
