Hat: Shouldn't be needed.


This thread has the possibility of getting out of control.

Please keep posts civil, logical, and try toi steer towards technical
and technically useful (even though this is OT)

There are things which can be learned  here which are useful in the
wider sense - aspects of fail-safe system, human error, never laying
odds of more than X to Y when people are involved (as advise by Harry
the Horse   IIRC / Damon Runyan) and more.

These will be lost if we get too far off track.
