I doubt if the input to the capping process is random, and the process
generates batches, and these batches are subdivided before they reach
you.  Regardless of the probabilities, I'd _expect_ something worse
and be pleasantly surprised with the result.  Of course, after that
many beers, any result might be pleasantly surprising.
