If you have several transformers that are exactly the same type, you could use "multi-core transformer" idea, that way transformers still have their own primaries, but a single secondary is wound through all cores, that way secondary may have less sharp turns to bend. Search for multi core transformers on google for ideas. Another search term could be planar transformers, as those are often multi-core.
