Has anyone used resistive touch screens with the ADC on a PIC, i.e. without=
 using external chips such as the AR1000 series devices?

The theory looks simple enough, I have a couple of app notes from TI where =
they describe how some ADC chips they make for use with touch screens work,=
 and it seems a simple enough process. In some ways it is a wonder that the=
 hardware required hasn't been built into a PIC already, seeing there are s=
o many ADC channels available.

My application is using a dsPic33E series chip, if that makes a difference.

If anyone knows of example code to do this without external chips, for any =
micro for doing this it would be appreciated.
