You can create video games on it, so it is only up to the developer to create a UI that looks and feels like a native app. The good thing is that you do not need to be an expert on this, you can hire Web developers and graphic designers from every corner to make it look even better than a native app. This technology is widely used in mobile apps as well: The app is just opening a web browser and the rest is written in HTML5/JavaScript. This way the mobile app is very easy to transfer to other mobile (and non-mobile) platforms (iOS / Android / Windows 8 / Blackberry). Also it needs the cheap(ish) web developers instead of four experts for each platform and hunting and tracking bugs on each of them.
