Assuming you're talking about Air Asia, for the prices they charge,=20
it's amazing
they can offer any kind of service at all*. The head stew collected=20
the ticket stubs on
my last flight, Asian bus style.

IIRC, they're also in the cheapie carriers section at HKG, forcing=20
you to go through
customs and immigration even if you're in transit.

Next time, maybe try Tiger (Singapore based). Not much better, but=20
different. ;-)

Pro tip: If you miss your flight, you're out all the money including=20
food you pre-ordered,
but if you ask (and you have to ask) you can get the taxes refunded.
