hey Everyone;

I found an old design for a voltage-step-up circuit which includes NE46134
but I can't seem to find the piece itself and the model in Proteus and
OrCAD.

Thus I am seeking for equivalent rf-transistor that I can grab it's model
and do the simulation first then move on with the implementation.
