Hi, Have you tried programming the device using the Pickit3 through MPLAB? I selected the PIC24FV32KA301 using the device selector and it definitely i= s supported by the PicKit3, ICD3, PM3 and the realice. Your pin connections are correct, (according to the datasheet/ICSP guide fo= r the part). Do you have another of the same processor you can try in case you have a du= d chip?
