Question for you: if you had an hour to spare, would you consider=20 installing a demo version of eSketch from and=20 telling me what you think? I *really* like the way he allows easy=20 selection of the different variations of each symbol type. Its very=20 similar to the way that Corel Draw handles such things (Corel calls=20 them "flyouts"). I truly wish that I had both the time and the knowledge to write PC=20 software. I'd take the user interface ideas that are in eSketch and=20 try to combine that with the functionality of LTspice's schematic=20 capture, adding the ability to use re-sizable boxes to handle things=20 that don't suit the standard symbols .
