If by "this" you mean controlling lean angle by turning and accelerating,
then yes.

If you mean "reaching across for a handbrake" sounds like crossing hands to
steer a motorcycle" then NO.
:-).
The latter is possibly the most arcane thing that your brain will ever be
called on to try and achieve. If you ever meet anything more arcane to
attempt, hope that it is unimportant and non-life-threatening.
