Having a better picture from your other thread what you need: Maybe you
should consider to get an Android tablet. You can use that for accessing
mail and documents as well as drawing. Some devices includes a stylus and
can have a keyboard if you prefer that. So you may can draw a sketch on the
tablet and also readily access to it from your phone or desktop.
