We use SiTime, very stable over temperature (100Mhz as well) -----Original Message----- From: piclist-bounces@mit.edu [mailto:piclist-bounces@mit.edu] On Behalf Of= Yigit Turgut Sent: Tuesday, July 09, 2013 12:09 PM To: Microcontroller discussion list - Public. Subject: [EE] Clock source choice for FPGA Hey all, I have a system working as expected and now I reached the prototyping phase= .. The thing is, I developed the system on a development board with everythi= ng embedded on it but I am not using all the peripherals. At the prototyped= PCB there will only be 1 adc, 1 dac , clock and the FPGA itself. It's the Xilinix Spartan 3E board. Thus I am looking for options to choose a very stable clock source (200MHz= would be great but I can live with the 100MHz as well). I am sure some of = you experienced this scheme before and can provide some insight. Cheers.
